Higher Tickrate - Smoker - 25.06.2021
We are currently testing to run the BF4-Server on a higher Tickrate. (60hz instead of 30hz)
If it's running stable we'll keep it.

Higher Tickrate partially cuases laggs at times of heavy network load. So we're going back to 30hz.
